Looking to exchange or return an item? Cool - no problem, we’ll help you get started. All you need is your order number and the shipping zip code in hand. You’ll find your order number in your Coalition Snow Order Confirmation email or the packing slip included in your shipment.
Our Return and Exchange Policy
Not happy with your gear? No worries, you have some options.
We accept returns or exchanges for apparel and accessories that have not been worn or used within 21 days of the shipping date.
We accept returns or exchanges on your skis or snowboard within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund, even if you've skied on them. We are unable to make exceptions to the 21 day return window. At this time we are unable to initiate ski/snowboard returns/exchanges through the self service portal so please reach out to email@example.com or here to initiate the return or exchange.
Enjoy free shipping on returns if you choose store credit or an exchange. Otherwise we will happily send you shipping labels -- apparel returns incur a $5 fee for shipping and skis/snowboards incur a $20 shipping return fee. Both of these will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for store credit, and then there are no shipping fees.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us. Yard Sale items are final sale and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
